The Organizing Committee is pleased to announce its call for submission of abstracts to be considered for presentation at the 17th International Oncolytic Virotherapy Conference in Reykjavik, Iceland, from 26-29 April 2026. You are invited to submit an abstract/s to be reviewed for inclusion in the conference program as either an oral or poster presentation.

Once you accept the Abstract Submission Terms and Conditions, you will receive an automated email that contains your login credentials allowing you to login to your abstract record.  

 

You can save multiple draft abstracts in your account and edit, modify and/or add additional abstracts for submission at a later time.

Abstract Submission Deadline: FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET

 

Once you have submitted an abstract, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder or contact info@iovc.ca.

 

A submitted abstract can no longer be edited or modified (only viewed).

 

Presenters are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, accommodations and registration fees.

Guidelines - Required Contact and General Information

 

The abstract submission must be completed by the presenting author, and all correspondence regarding the abstract submission will be sent to this individual. Please be prepared to submit your full contact information as well as information on all the authors of the abstract (full names and affiliations of each author) in the order that their names should appear.

 

Kindly note that this information will be used on the conference app. Therefore, please use proper letter case when entering authors’ names and affiliations.

Abstracts should contain no more than 250 words. Do not include figures or tables.  Special characters and formulas can be entered using the functionality "Insert Formula" button at the far right of the tool bar.
