Abstract Submission

The Organizing Committee is pleased to announce its call for submission of abstracts to be considered for presentation at the 17th International Oncolytic Virotherapy Conference in Reykjavik, Iceland. A part of the abstracts will be selected for oral presentations. Abstracts will be published online to the conference attendees.

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

The Organizing Committee is pleased to announce its call for submission of abstracts to be considered for presentation at the 17th International Oncolytic Virotherapy Conference in Reykjavik, Iceland, from 26-29 April 2026. You are invited to submit an abstract/s to be reviewed for inclusion in the conference program as either an oral or poster presentation.

Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. In this case the original participant should provide a letter of authorization together with the letter of cancellation, mentioning the name of the substitute delegate.

All cancellations must be made in writing to IOVC Inc. via e-mail info@iovc.ca

In case of cancellation before the 31st of January 2026 we will charge 50% of the total amount you are registered for. For cancellations after the 31st of January 2026 we will charge the full registration fee.
